Test Propionatum, contains testosterone propionate which is the oil-soluble 4-androstene-3-one,17beta-ol of the androgenic hormone testosterone. Testosterone propionate is attached to a short ester. Thus, 100mg of testosterone propionate contains 83.72mg of testosterone, more testosterone than in any other ester-based testosterone preparation of equivalent overall dosage.

Testosterone propionate is used in males to treat primary hypogonadism (congenital or acquired) - testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy.
In females: metastatic mammary cancer. Testosterone propionate converts into estrogens and DHT.

Dosage: The usual dosage for male athletes is 50-100mg per injection every second day. Testosterone propionate is not recommended for women.
